It’s been a meteoric rise for Patrice of late, signing with iconic label Kompakt and having single “Surge” become one of the highest selling singles on Beatport for 2016. But he is no one hit wonder. With a back catalogue on labels like Get Physical, K7, Systematic, Diynamic, Trouw and Turbo you know its only a matter of time before things blow up.

Baumel is a long-running resident dj at Trouw Amsterdam, one of Europe’s leading venues for electronic music, running his “Black Magic” and “HiFi” nights at the club. He infuses his productions and dj sets with lots of energy and a sense of adventure, creating a sound that satisfies the mind as well as the body. He calls it “techno music for grown-ups”.
