Recently I was watching the Black Mirror feature, Bandersnatch, and I was thinking how great it would be for someone else to make my decisions. As a uni student, I spend a lot of time making decisions; usually involving my schedule, where I try to fit in my classes, assignments, my workouts, cooking healthy dinners that don’t take forever, and getting a hefty dose of that sweet doofdoof in every week.

And that’s just a student’s life!

There are people in some incredibly high-up roles that are making very important decisions constantly, which must get so challenging as the day wears on. For that reason, it’s not uncommon to find these high-profile VIPs regularly procuring the services of doms/masters, just so that they can switch off and have decisions made for them in one area of their life.

But what if you can’t afford those kinds of services, and want your decisions made for you *outside* of the bedroom?



One progressive (unnamed) woman in Bristol has decided to give it a whirl. She had had an extremely unlucky past year, which saw her in an abusive relationship while losing a lot of money via various means. Using the website bark.com, she’s offering 2000 smackeroos to someone that can make all her decisions for her for one month.

The advertisement begins with the words “hiya, bit of a weird one I know but basically, I feel like I need someone to make my decisions for me.” After describing her rotten year, she admits “I am obviously incapable of making the right choices by myself.” Heartbreaking, but inspiring nonetheless.

The right candidate will decide on almost everything, including who to go on Tinder dates with, and how she should spend her money. They will need to be on-call and available to answer texts quickly, and frequently.

I hope this works out well for the lady, what an interesting social experiment!
