“One Powerball and…”

Today we are striving for succinct simplicity by pointing out one of life’s great anomalies. Conventional wisdom says that money doesn’t make you happy and everyone reiterates this ad nauseum but there is a glaring contradiction, more obvious than the nose on Pinocchio’s face.
If money DOESN’T make you happy then why did West Australians spend 600 million dollars on Lotto last year. The odds of winning are 3,838,380 to 1 so that elusive Lotto life is as likely as world peace, A Dockers premiership, or PLC virgins….The fact of the matter is that happiness is a relative term and a pocketful of pretty green buys much more than good intentions, everlasting love, true faith or a nice thought.
